Do I really not need a boundary wire?
Correct. No trenching, no wire. Navimow uses GPS/RTK positioning (plus vision or LiDAR depending on the model) to hold a virtual boundary. You walk the edge of your lawn once with the app, and that map becomes the boundary.
Will it handle my slopes and trees?
Up to 45% (24°) slopes on the i and H Series, and up to 84% (40°) on the X Series. For heavy tree cover or narrow shaded paths, choose a LiDAR model (i215 or the H Series), which navigates without needing a clear sky view. Not sure? Use the comparison table or call us.
What happens when it rains?
X and H Series mowers have a rain sensor that pauses the mow and sends the mower back to its dock, resuming once the lawn dries. i Series models use weather-forecast scheduling to plan mowing around rain.
How does it avoid flower beds, pools, and toys?
Two layers: no-go zones you draw in the app (beds, pools, play areas), plus real-time obstacle detection that steers around anything left on the lawn, from toys and tools to the dog.
What if someone steals it?
Every unit has a PIN lock, GPS tracking, and a geofence alarm that triggers if it leaves your property. A stolen mower can't be paired to another account, which makes it close to worthless to resell.
How often do blades need replacing?
Check them monthly. Most lawns want fresh blades every 1 to 2 months during the growing season; sharp blades cut cleanly instead of tearing, which keeps the grass greener. A swap takes about five minutes with a screwdriver. Keep a spare pack on hand.
What does the warranty cover?
Residential mowers and charging stations are covered for three years and batteries for two, plus 30-day no-hassle returns. Terranox commercial units carry a 2-year device and 1-year battery warranty. You deal with us directly, not a manufacturer ticket queue.
