Shipping
Every mower and accessory ships free. No minimums, no surcharges, no membership. Orders arrive in 3–5 business days by ground carrier anywhere in the lower 48 states, and you'll get a tracking link by email the moment it leaves.
- Mowers ship in the original manufacturer packaging with everything needed for setup in the box.
- We'll show you an expected arrival date before you check out. If anything slips, we'll tell you, not the other way around.
- Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii? Contact us for a quote before ordering.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from delivery to decide a Navimow isn't right for your yard. Grass stains from actually trying it are expected. That's the point of the 30 days.
- Start with a call. About half of "it's not working for my yard" cases are a mapping or settings tweak we can fix on the phone. If it's genuinely not the right fit, we'll email you a prepaid return label.
- Keep the original box if you can. If it's already gone, we'll help you sort out packaging.
- Your full refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the unit arriving back to us.
- Accessories are returnable within the same 30 days, unused, in original packaging.
Warranty
Every unit we sell is a genuine, current-year machine with the full manufacturer warranty. Because we're an authorized distributor, you make the claim with us, not a manufacturer ticket queue. Call, describe the problem, and we handle it start to finish.
- Residential mowers (i, H, and X Series): 3 years on the mower and charging station, 2 years on the battery.
- Terranox commercial units: 2 years on the mower, 1 year on the battery.
- Normal wear items (blades, cutting discs) are consumables and not covered, but they're inexpensive to replace.
- The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It doesn't cover damage from misuse, unauthorized repair, or mowing things that aren't grass.
Privacy
The short version: we collect what we need to sell you a mower and support you afterward, and we never sell your data.
- What we collect: your name, contact details, and shipping address when you order or fill out a form; basic analytics about how the site is used.
- Payments: handled entirely by our payment processor. Card numbers never touch our servers.
- Email: order and support messages always; marketing only if you opt in, and every one has an unsubscribe link that works.
- Your data, your call: email support@maximower.com to see, correct, or delete what we have about you.
